Shipping Information

We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions) with the following options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before dispatch. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

International Customers: Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our premium menswear. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging and receipt must be included
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Underwear and Swimwear unless items are defective or incorrect.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and return request details. Use the template below for prompt processing.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Manchester headquarters using a trackable shipping method:

Exchange Process

Follow the same steps as returns, clearly specifying your desired exchange item (size, color, etc.) in your initial email. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your original item.

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to our error

International Returns

For customers outside the US (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties
  • Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
