Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must:
- Be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
- Be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Include the original packaging and receipt
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and return request details. Use the template below for prompt processing.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible.

Exchange Process
Follow the same steps as returns, clearly specifying your desired exchange item (size, color, etc.) in your initial email. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your original item.
Refund Information
